Things Are Tough All Over is a 1982 comedy and the fourth film in the popular Cheech and Chong series, featuring lovable stoners Tommy Chong and Cheech Marin as they embark on an all-new adventure that finds them touring the country in a dilapidated limousine, stealing the girlfriends of murderous Arabs, and accidentally discovering an exciting new career. This film opens with Cheech and Chong hard at work at a car wash owned by two Arab oil tycoons. They have dreams of becoming successful musicians, but they can't seem to catch a break. When their bosses need to get a huge sum of illegal cash to their Las Vegas business, they send the unwitting Cheech and Chong on a cross-country mission, with the money hidden in the seats of their limo. The two stoners make their way across the country, unaware of the importance and illegality of their drug-fueled, carefree road trip. Things Are Tough All Over is a fun movie full of unexpected twists and turns, co-starring Evelyn Guerrero, Rip Taylor, and George Wallace.moreless
