Thomas & Friends: Best of James is a compilation of episodes from the Thomas the Tank Engine television series, based on the celebrated children's books by Rev. W. Awdry. The stories tell of the many exciting adventures shared by the cute, friendly, and sometimes mischievous trains of the Island of Sodor. Each episode in this collection stars James the red engine, rather than one of his many friends. James is one of the liveliest, most unpredictable characters, whose quick temper often gets him in trouble. The episodes contained are titled: "No Jokes For James," "James Goes Buzz Buzz," "James In A Mess," "Old Iron," "A Proud Day for James," "James Learns a Lesson," "Percy, James, and the Fruitful Day" and "Time for Trouble." It also features the music video "Don't Judge a Book by Its Cover." These stories feature stop-motion animation and charming narration by Alec Baldwin, Michael Brandon, Ringo Starr, and George Carlin. Any parent looking for a fun, family friendly way to entertain and educate their children will find something to like about Thomas & Friends: Best of James.moreless
