Three Guys Named Mike is a 1951 romance-comedy directed by Charles Walters and written by Sidney Sheldon and Ruth Brooks Flippen. The movie tells the story of Marcy Lewis (Jane Wyman), a beautiful young girl from a small town who decides to become a stewardess for American Airlines. Marcy never imagined that her new job would lead her to gain the affections of a man, let alone three, who are all named Mike. But that is exactly what happens in this bizarre tale. Mike Lawrence (Van Johnson) is a poor, struggling science student who also works as a bartender, while Mike Jamison (Howard Keel) works as an airline pilot, and Mike Tracy (Barry Sullivan) works as an ad executive. As Marcy tries to navigate her way through this scenario, things take an interesting turn when all three Mike's find out about each other, and then she must figure which Mike is the Mike that she loves the most.
