Thunderbirds is a 2004 action film directed by Jonathon Frakes. The film is based on the television series that aired during the 1960s. Thunderbirds revolves around the sons of retired astronaut and creator of International Rescue, Jeff Tracy (Bill Paxton). Jeff trained each of his seven sons from childhood to become elite members of the organization. International Rescue's space station is damaged early on in the film by what is suspected to be a meteor. However, the group soon discovers that evil mastermind Aristotle Spode is behind the attack and they quickly react to sabotage his plans.
