Trick Daddy: Thug Holiday Uncut is a documentary showcasing the life and musical career of Miami-born rapper Maurice "Trick Daddy" Young. The film focuses on the area of his career as he was working on his 2002 album "Thug Holiday." Throughout the documentary we get a chance to see behind the scenes as Trick Daddy attempts to make his big crossover album. He spends his down time hanging out with hip-hop celebrities and industry leaders like Ludacris, Big Boi, Lil Jon, T-Nast, Kase One & The Zoo Crew, Cee Lo, Jazze Pha, Slim Calhoun and Trina. Trick Daddy's career began when he was discovered for his verse on 2 Live Crew's "Scarred." He was signed by Slip-n-Slide Records, which put out most of his albums over his career. Since then he has released eight albums, many of which have been chart toppers. In 2010 Trick Daddy created his own music label, called Trick Daddy Music Group, to put out all of his future releases.moreless
