At first the citizens think the island is abandoned, but they soon learn it is being used by a group of terrorists who are plotting to destroy the United States and then the entire world. When the citizens discover the gravity of the situation, they decide to band together to fight the evil terrorists. The Tromaville citizens are not your average army; there are no big muscles or high-tech artillery equipment. Instead the army consists of; a used car sales rep, a narcissitic environmentalist, a fat junk food addict, an elderly housewife, several mostly nude young women and an extremely patriotic baby. In order to defeat the terrorists and save the world, this group of misfits must find a way to band together and destroy the terrorists.
