Vampire Diary is a 2007 horror fantasy drama directed by Mark James and Phil O'Shea. Smart and cute, Holly (Morven Macbeth) is a documentarian with unusual taste in subject matter. She is currently working on a controversial documentary about the vampire subculture in London, populated by young people who dress and identify as supernatural bloodsuckers. Although she tries to keep a sense of humor about the situation, Holly is not prepared to meet Vicki (Anna Walton). Beautiful, charismatic and mysterious, Vicki claims that she is the genuine article, unlike the club kids wearing plastic fangs. Although Holly is not sure whether to believe the young woman, Vicki's magnetic personality is hard to resist. Almost against her will, Holly winds up in a love affair with the enigmatic stranger, losing all her professional restraint and distance. As Holly and Vicki grow closer and Holly's passionate obsession deepens, strange secrets start to emerge that could spell death for the young filmmaker.
