Lesbian Vampire Killers is a campy horror spoof about a couple of friends who stumble upon a cursed town while on vacation. When his girlfriend leaves him, lovable dum-dum Jimmy (Matthew Horne) decides the time is right to get out of town. He and his portly, foul mouthed friend Fletch (James Corden) had planned to take a cruise, but with the two slackers low on cash, they opt to visit the sleepyy English town of Cragwich to take a hike. When they take the suggestion to stay at a cozy cottage in the woods, Jimmy and Fletch figure their fortunes are changing, but they are soon prey to a band of female vampires closing in on them. The new group of boys and girls learn that Cragwich is the resting place of the legendary vampire Queen Camilla (Sylvia Colloca), and that the town is under an ancient curse where every female resident becomes a lesbian vampire when she turns 18. But when the crew learns that not only are the vampires planning to resurrect Camilla, but that Jimmy is a descendent of the lord that took her life, they put their best foot forward to defeat the blood suckers and end the curse once and for all. Phil Claydon directs this charming spoof full of as much low and high brow humor as he could fit in.moreless
