We Are The Future is a film of a charity performance organized by historic fundraising music producer Quincy Jones. Jones, who in 1985 produced the song "We Are The World" to raise money for Africa, produced this concert and film to raise money for children in war-torn areas around the world. The film, which spans over two hours of music and speeches, was organized as the beginning of a larger campaign, with those performing showing support for Jones's cause. The performers included musicians from many countries, such as Eve, Norah Jones, Alicia Keys, and Josh Groban from the United States. European performers included Andrea Bocelli and The Corrs. There were also other types of performance acts, such as Stomp and Cirque du Soleil. These are just a few among the many international performers. The concert took place in Rome, Italy, and had a live audience of nearly half a million people.
