West to Glory is a romantic western film first released in 1947. Don Lopez (Harry J. Vejar) is a generous and wealthy businessman with expensive tastes and a penchant for flaunting his riches. Water has become increasingly scarce, and Lopez hopes to use his vast wealth to help his friends move to a more hospitable area out west. When he purchases a staggeringly expensive diamond necklace and shows it off around town, a local criminal group plots to steal it. Cowboys Eddie (Eddie Dean) and Soapy Jones (Roscoe Ates) are tasked with protecting Lopez, thwarting the heist and exposing the would-be thieves, whose identities and motives are shrouded in mystery. Along the way, Eddie and Soapy encounter the beautiful Maria (Dolores Castle) and must determine if she is as benevolent as she claims to be. West to Glory is a thrilling, action-packed film that will delight all fans of American westerns.
