Wild Orchid 2: Blue Movie Blue is a 1991 drama directed by Zalman King. The film follows Blue McDonald (Nina Siemaszko), a 1950s teenager living in Southern California. Blue longs for a normal life, but her jazz musician father, Ham (Tom Skerritt), is a heroin junkie. When Ham runs out of heroin, he sends his daughter to get some money for a fix. With no other options, Blue sells herself to the club owner where Ham works. Distraught when he finds out, Ham leaves the club under the influence and dies in a car accident. Blue, forced to make it on her own, becomes a high-class call girl who offers her services to wealthy politicians. Still longer for a normal life, Blue takes to wandering the city on her day off. She meets Josh (Brent David Fraser), a normal clean-cut kid from the suburbs, and falls in love. Blue decides to leave the brothel behind and go back to high school to be with her true love. Her past, however, soon catches up with her. Now she must find away to tell Josh the truth or lose him forever.moreless
