Without A Paddle is a 2004 comedy written by Fred Wolf and Harris Goldberg and directed by Steven Brill. The group enters a treehouse that was their childhood hangout and reminisce about the time they had together with Billy. Jerry finds a chest under Billy's bed containing a hand drawn map to the lost ransom money belonging to airplane hijacker D.B. Cooper. Metacritic Score

  • 50

    Variety Dennis Harvey

An unstable -- if mostly painless -- mix of low comedy, stabs at higher silliness, and schmaltz.

  • 40

    Los Angeles Times

Despite some agreeably idiotic moments, Without a Paddle is also mostly without a rudder. Its few memorable highlights end up floating haplessly in a genial but uninspired and wate...

The New York Times Stephen Holden

Pushes its ugly humor further than most.
