You Don't Mess with the Zohan is a hugely successful comedy film starring Adam Sandler and co-written by Judd Apatow. It was directed by Dennis Dugan who has been a long collaborator with Adam Sander, including the films Big Daddy, Waterboy, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, and Happy Gilmore. Adam Sandler stars as Zohan Dvir, an Israeli counter terrorist who fakes his own death to become a hair stylist. The comedy ensues from there when a Palestinian cab driver portrayed by Rob Schneider wants to kill Zohan and tries to comb him. Robert Smigel also co-wrote and executive produced the film. You Don't Mess with the Zohan grossed over $200 million dollars and Roger Ebert gave the film three out of four stars making it in the top tier of Adam Sandler films for him.
