Zombiemania is an entertaining documentary brought to you by director Donna Davies. The film explores the zombie craze that captivates viewers alike, ever since the genre's earliest appearance at the beginning of cinema. In recent days, zombie movies have exploded in the past few decades. The film includes interviews with iconic directors of zombie movies, such as George A. Romero and Tom Savini. He gives his insight on zombies and how he makes his movies full of them. As well, the documentary examines real-world zombie tales from Haiti. In Haiti, several people practice the voodoo religion, which in turn influences Hollywood's depictions of the living dead. Take a behind the scenes look at the inspiration for several popular zombie movies by going inside the heads of these zombie-flick directors and by watching film from the real life voodoo religion.
