  • This show is DEAD!

Hate to break it to you, but it's true.  Given the fact that the only new episodes are going to be on Nicktoons Network, it's clear that this show has been slaughtered by the Nick bigwigs. Maybe if the writers developed the concept a little more like Danny Phantom did, it could've succeeded.

Another great show Nickelodean use to have. hide « show »

Mah Life as a Teenage Robot follows the story as Dr. Wakemen invents a robot titled xj9. But xj9 finds the name crap, so he calls herself Jenny whenever he meets real life people. And meets characters like Tucker, Brad, Sheldon, Don, and more. She was also built to save the world by danger. I can't believe Nickelodean stopped production for this show, even though they still air this show late at night, they ended a great tv program. Nickelodean should stop airing new shows on Nicktoons. Nicktoons is only for old shows, not new, thats why you have nick. Overall this show is fun to watch, interesting, and for everyone to watch. Except for Michael Blake.

In a world according to a teenage robot crime-fighting girl... hide « show »

This show is about a teenage robot crime-fighting girl X-J9 aka Jenny as she goes to a human populated high school while trying to fit in just like every other teen and lives with her creator and mother Dr. Wakeman. But she also is built to fight crime from aliens to villains to save the world. She befriended her classmates Brad and Sheldon as well as Brad's younger brother Tuck. Jenny also has fashion-obsessed snobby bullies of her own, the Crust Cousins.

What I find this show very intriguing is the retro art style of the animation and the story of each episode. It's a great show for teens to relate like problems with your parents or dealing with some dating situations. It's a shame the show is over, but the re-runs are worth watching over and over.

Another Great Nickelodeon show. hide « show »

I knew about this series ever since, well when it aired. And I liked it and it became one of my favorites. A robot tennager was one thing I want to see on televison. At first, I wasn't pleased that the teenage-like robot had to remain in her room even when she's off-duty. Then I liked it later on when she is able to go out into the world. And I like her robot weapons and arsenals. Also, I liked the hilarious moments throught the series. It was cool back during it's first season. And I liked the second season as well. Although I haven't watched the third season, probably it went off-air. I still watch it at some times. It's still good today.

A great show about a robot girl named Jenny hide « show »

My Life as a Teenage Robot is like 21st century take on Astroboy. It's funny and the old fashioned 1930s style is pretty cool. XJ9 or Jenny Wakeman is a powerful crime fighting robot built by Dr. Noreen Wakeman. She also has three human friends; Brad, Tuck, and Sheldon. The town Jenny lives in is Tremorton, Ohio in the year 2071 or 2072 not sure. Jenny often battles villains like the Cluster and many mutants. She also has an ongoing rivalry feud with the Krust cousins; two popular girls at her high school. Anyways, check out this show, chances are you'll probably like it.
