Natasha was born in Newfoundland and raised on a trailer park in Fort MacMurray, Alberta, Canada. Her father was a biker. At the age of fourteen, she left home to become a fashion model in Paris and within a year she was on the cover of French Cosmopolitan. From modelling, she moved on to television commercials and then acting.

At the age of twenty-one she was briefly married to Damian Chapa, divorce arriving after barely one year. Lover Liam Waite is the father of Natasha's son, Tristan, who was born on October 12th, 1998. She is now based mainly in Los Angeles, where her acting career is still flourishing.
