McGee: No.

TRIVIA: The Mexican beer that Agent Frank's was drinking at the end of the episode, is the same beer that the LVM's were drinking in episode "Iced." (edit) Anachronism: We are told that Mike Franks left NCIS in 1996 because he felt that the Clinton Administration was not doing enough about Al Qaida. It is stated that he felt that bombing a training camp in Afghanistan was insufficient. In fact, the bombing of the training camp did not take place until 1998, in response to the bombings of the U.S. Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. (edit) TRIVIA: We are told that the date Kelly and Shannon died was the 29th February 1991. This date actually never existed, due to leap year. (edit) TRIVIA: Gibbs said in the "JAG" episode "Ice Queen (1)" that he has been with NCIS for 17 years but we learn that Gibbs joined NCIS in 1992. So that means that at the time of "Ice Queen (1)" he has been with NCIS for 11 years. (edit) TRIVIA: From Gibbs' flashback of his days as a Probie, with Special Agent Mike Franks as his leader, Gibbs got some leadership skills, as well as personality skills from Franks. We see that Franks slaps the back of Gibbs' head - the same as Gibbs does for Tony. Gibbs' personality is parallel to Tony, and all that Gibbs has done with Tony was to prepare him to become the next Franks, as Franks done for Gibbs. We find at the end of the episode, Gibbs turns in his badge due to morality conflict with the higher powers, and makes Tony the leader. This also happened with Mike Franks during his days when his morality was in conflict and he then quit and made Gibbs leader. (edit)
