I don't know how you didn't go crazy when you lost your little girl, maybe you did for awhile; maybe you still are. But I just know I've got to do what's right for my boy... I owe him that. McGee: Everyday!
Tony: ... wrong person to ask. (edit) Abby: (her eyes are closed) Do you think it's ESP? (Gibbs walks out) I mean, that you always know when I find something, and if it is ESP, are you reading my mind, or am I sending you some sort of brain thoughts out of my head and into yours? GOOF: How does the 'Iceman' get to Ducky's slab alive? If he were found and presumed dead, especially under possibly suspicious circumstances, a coroner would have been called to the scene and a liver probe taken, as they often do in other episodes of NCIS. Taking a liver probe on a still living being would result in death from internal bleeding, as even a nick on the liver causes immense blood loss. (edit) GOOF: When Tony calls the hospital looking for Jeanne, he immediately asks for Dr. Jeanne Benoit. The woman on the other end of the phone never says "XXX Hospital." We only hear her respond to him after he asks about Jeanne. (edit) GOOF: When they show the driver's license on the plasma, the city is listed as Silver Springs, Maryland. The name of the city is Silver Spring. (No S) Right after that part on the license the county code is given as "AA" which means it is in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. There is a Silver Springs in Anne Arundel County. In fact that address works when put into Google Earth.

Addendum to Goof:The Silver Springs error pops up for the Pagoda Investments call log entry on the cellular phone, too. There is no s at the end of Silver Spring; the "city" (actually, unincorporated area) known as Silver Spring only had one spring, and the name has always reflected that. Silver Spring is in Montgomery County. Entering Silver Springs, MD into Google Earth brings you to Silver Springs, VA. (edit) TRIVIA: When Ziva came in to work the morning after they found the Marine in the snow she was wearing the orange watch cap from Roy, who died of radiation poisoning in the episode "Dead Man Walking". Lazarus was the man that Jesus restored to life after he had been dead four days. The story is in chapter 11 of the Book of John in the New Testament of the Bible. (edit) Ziva: I've had enough of dead men walking.

This is a reference to NCIS episode 4x16 "Dead Man Walking" in which Ziva falls in love with a man who is killed by radiation poisoning. (edit)
