- TRIVIA: When Tony says "Sea of Love, Boss. Remember that movie. Al Pacino played a cop, sleeps with a serial killer, played by Ellen Barkin," In the movie Sea of Love Ellen Barkin's character is a suspect in a serial killing case, but she turns out to be innocent in the end. edit »
- GOOF: When Ziva said in Hebrew "Sheket Bevakasha" she translated that as "shut up" it's not the exact translation. The proper translation should have been "silence please". edit »
- GOOF: At the beginning of the episode before Tony entered Hoffman's house he was talking to Gibbs and McGee on radio through his earpiece. When Tony entered Hoffman's house we can actually see his earpiece in his right ear, afterwards when he had seen the body he used his phone to call Gibbs and report that. Why didn't he just use the radio? edit »
- TRIVIA: When Ziva is at her desk on the phone trying to find Locke's former girlfriend, there is a shot of one of the buildings that can be seen outside. The building in focus is the actual NCIS headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard. edit »

- Ziva: (when Michael attempts to pick her up) Have you been telling me the truth about your girlfriend, or are you just taking advantage of my raw, emotional state?Michael: Yes! (pause) And, yes. edit »
- Ziva: Sheket Bevakasha!
Tony: I don't know him. Borscht belt comedian?
Ziva: It is Hebrew, for shut up!
Tony: Really did effect you, huh? Have you had your mandatory session with the shrink?
Ziva: Yes.
Tony: Still crazy, then? edit » - Gibbs: Always suspect the spouse!
Ducky: Speaking from experience Jethro?
Abby: That's why I'm never getting married! edit » - Tony: McGee said you were a wreck... (tries to mess up Ziva's hair but she takes his arm and slams it down on her desk) I was just gonna tousle your hair. Sometimes that makes you smile. edit »
- Tony: Sea of Love, Boss. Remember that movie. Al Pacino played a cop, sleeps with a serial killer, played by Ellen Barkin. The zany twist here is, Ziva's Pacino and Locke is Barkin, might even be bitin'. edit »
- Tony refers to Ziva's assault on the copier as her "raging against the machine." Rage Against the Machine is a Los Angeles based rock band noted for its eclectic blend of hip hop, heavy metal, punk and funk fused with revolutionary politics and lyrics. edit »
- When Tony is singing the song: "Sea Of Love", he refers to the movie of the same name starring Al Pacino. edit »
