2015 TV Premiere Dates: Your Everything Guide to the New Midseason Schedule

Out with the old! In with the new (and returning)! As 2014 comes to a close, it's time to look forward! To set goals! To dream big! To declare a bunch of New Year's Resolutions that we'll ultimately fail to keep! And most importantly, to get excited for the onslaught of new TV! The 2015 midseason is almost upon us, and after the generally disappointing fall season we've just had, hoo boy, are we ready. There's lots of exciting stuff up ahead, in both the "returning favorite" and "good-looking newbie" categories, so to help you plan your viewing hours accordingly, we've compiled a handy list of midseason premiere dates for your scheduling convenience. Bookmark this page now; below, you'll find a filterable guide to all the new and returning TV series that are airing in the next couple months. Premiere dates, airtimes, editors' picks—they're all in there, and we'll continue to update the list in the coming days and weeks as more dates are announced.

Please give the module a few seconds to load, it's a heavy one!

Editor's Note #1: If you click the "follow" button next to any given show, it will: 1. add that show to your "following" list (which you can access via the dropdown menu in the upper righthand corner of the site, next to your user name), 2. add that show to a personalized listings module on the TV.com homepage, and 3. add you as a member of the corresponding show community (if it exists), which means you'll see posts about the show in your community feed.

Editor's Note #2: Currently, our module only displays shows that have definite premiere dates—until a show is officially on the schedule, it won't appear in the widget. So, don't fret because you don't see Hannibal in the list; the reason it's not there is that NBC hasn't yet announced a premiere date for Season 3.

Editor's Note #3: If you think you've found an error or notice that we've missed a particular premiere date, please (politely!) let us know in the comments. Note that we did leave some shows out on purpose, especially if they're only taking two weeks off for Christmas and New Year's.

What will YOU be watching this midseason?

Why would they still be there? This is a list of upcoming premiere dates. Any shows that have already started don't need to be here imo.

Not Billy Crystal's first regular TV gig since Soap; he was a regular on Saturday Night Live in '84-'85.

Part of me panicked that I did not see Hannibal and little research gave me that it will come back on a later date. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to The Whispers, I admit that's just for the sheer love of Lily Rabe. Practically me best picks for this season are TWD, GoT and Orphan Black. I hope Helena is okay.

Does NBC think that people do not watch Cable these days? They copied one show from Homeland, and they copied another from The Americans. Highly original concepts.

All I want to know is when Hannibal will be back, someone go smack NBC around and get them to give us a date for one of their best shows and since its NBC, its a very short list of good shows.

Would it be possible to get a version of this list that is strictly chronological? I.e. Jan 1, Jan 2, Jan 3, etc. regardless of day of the week? That would be much easier to see what is premiering on a given day, or on a certain week, etc.

Broadchurch season two just started in the UK. Judging by the first episode, it is even better than season one. I am surprised in this day and age, US viewers have to wait two months for it. I would though some network like Netflix or Amazon would broadcast it sooner.

Since there is no need of translating or dubbing or anything, so am I. Maybe there are agreements with other US networks to wait and see the UK reactions first before deciding to bring it to the US. But maybe by then everybody has already watched from other sources.

I thought season one was already a success in the US, why should they wait for the reaction of the UK viewers? Anyway some British critics did not like it, I loved it.

BTW Perception was cancelled... so why does it show the next season's episode as Feb. 17th? (Unless I am mistaken)

You are correct in your belief that it was cancelled. However, there are still some episodes left to burn (Approx 5)

Atlantis and Bitten don't currently have return dates.

Perception still has five episodes left in its third season, which will resume in February. The show has been canceled in that it's not getting a fourth season.

No mention of American Horror Story's return on 1/7.
Also, you list The Challenge as returning on 1/3, instead of 1/6, which is the date and is actually a Tuesday!
I'm not sure if Doctor Who's Christmas Special counts as a return, but it kind of is!
