You'll never guess how the new season of 24 comes together. Jack Bauer is just relaxing, ready to start a new life of not yelling "damn!" and punching people in the face, when all of a sudden terrorists screw everything up. The only thing that could have made this any less surprising is if he said, "I'm getting too old for this s***!"
Still, it's always awesome to watch Bauer do his thing, however ridiculous it may be, and Season 8 of 24 looks like it will be more of what has made this show a hit. Plus, joining the cast this year are Battlestar Galactica's Katee Sackhoff and former teen dream Freddie Prinze, Jr.

Suspension of disbelief is a great thing...when a great show makes it worth the effort! Go Jack!
