Alex Jones Releases Secret Megyn Kelly Audio Ahead of NBC Interview

You play with fire, you're gonna get burned. You tangle with a snake, you gonna get bit. Etc. etc. etc.

One of television's most controversial interviews with one of the world's most controversial people is being undercut by the subject himself. Alex Jones, he of the "Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax" claim and other fairy tales, released his pre-interview with Megyn Kelly ahead of their official NBC sit-down, which is supposed to air this Sunday on Kelly's third episode of her new show Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly.

Jones apparently recorded the phone call with Kelly, and released the audio interview to prove it. He says the interview aims to paint him in a bad light, and by releasing the entire interview the truth will come out.

In the leaked audio, Kelly seems to promise to go soft on Jones. "My goal is for your listeners and the left -- you know, who will be watching some on NBC -- to say, 'Wow, that's really interesting," Kelly appears to say. "It's not going to be some gotcha hit piece, I promise you that."

The interview drew lots of ire and raised issues of the responsibility of media in dealing with potentially destructive personas as soon as it was announced. On one side, many argue that putting Jones on the air disrespects the victims of Sandy Hook and 9/11 -- Jones claims the attack on the Twin Towers was an inside job -- and that airing his views can normalize them. On the other side, many claim that Jones is an important figure to bring to light and understand in the war against fake news and conspiracy theories.

Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly will air this Sunday at 7/6c on NBC.

LOL
Jones is crazy for a decade now but that doesn't make the absurd official "story" about 9/11 any more substantial. This week a tall building in London completely burned out for almost a day - no collapse... Dozens of skyscrapers burned hot and long for hours around the world and no one expected any of them to collapse... and of course they didn't. Remember, the OFFICIAL explanation is still that the heat of the fires weakened the steel, causing the "pancake collapse", not the structural damage caused by the explosion and debris of the object that hit the structure. And there is WTC 7 of course which wasn't hit by anything and was pulled in a controlled demolition that very same day. How could Ali Atta and his 40 thieves pull all of this off? MAGIC???
Keeping up this shit in denying a proper investigation 'til this day is most disrespectful to the lost lives IMHO.
