Angie Harmon joins Inconceivable cast

Angie Harmon, formerly of Law & Order fame, has joined the cast of NBC's Inconceivable, a drama about the trials and tribulations of a group of doctors and technicians in a fertility clinic.

Harmon will take the newly created role of Dr. Nora Campbell, an unconventional fertility doctor with a few skeletons rattling in her closet. She will be working with actors such as Reynaldo Rosales (She Hate Me, Sucker Free City), Ming-Na (ER), and Jonathan Cake (Empire).

Although this will be Harmon's first TV series work since she left Law & Order in 2001, she has been far from unproductive in the meantime. She's appeared in the Lifetime movie Video Voyeur and the feature film Agent Cody Blanks and will show up in two more films later this year.

Harmon's offscreen life has been busy as well--she has given birth to two children (one just this week) and spent time supporting the Bush/Cheney campaign in 2004.

Wow! Angie's a Republican. Another reason to love her! I have always been a big fan of hers, but this cinches it. You go girl, you rock!

What a waste of her time supporting the Bush/Cheney campaign in 2004. I didn't like her to begin with, but that puts the icing on the cake. Why don't her and Rick Schroeder make a show together and talk about how our country is slipping farther and farther into debt, no morals, and corrupt leadership. Oh wait, they probably wouldn't admit that is what is actually going on.

You know what's funny about Angie's role is the fact that her character has skeletons in her closet, while in real life she's a member of the Republican Party which has such politicans that actually have skeletons rattling in their closets. Oh and Angie, a word of advice, if you're a Republican, then people would actually believe you if you quit wearing clothes with plunging necklines...especially since they're actually meant to be worn by a woman with an actual bustline with out use of BOTH double-sided tape and enhancements, just double-sided tape.

Angie Harmon is a talented actress. Her Law And Order character was one of the best ADAs on the show. And congratulations to her on the new baby!
