Carolyn Kepcher, who sat at Donald Trump's side during countless Apprentice boardroom meetings and heard him tell unlucky combatants "You're fired," has heard the death knell herself. The Trump Organization fired Kepcher this week and "wishes her the best," according to Jim Dowd, a Trump spokesman.
Kepcher and George Ross were known to fans of The Apprentice as Trump's generals in the field. The two would head out with the competing teams on tasks and monitor their actions, then report back to Trump during the nail-biting boardroom segments.
Kepcher's actual job with Trump was to manage several of his golf courses. The New York Post says that Kepcher was let go because she engaged in too much self-promotion and put herself above the company.
NBC hasn't commented on who will fill in for Kepcher, although Apprentice 1 winner Bill Rancic has sat in before, as has Trump's daughter Ivanka.

I cannot believe this show is still on; it is so stupid. We actually have a woman here who watches the show and then tries to apply what she has watched to our work environment - it is so sad.
Well, she probably did get to involved with the endorsement side and it affected her job performance. You can entirely blame him for firing her. He does it but he has tons of ppl working for him so someone is still running the business.
