As promised, Pretty Little Liars' midseason finale did not hold back.
After an off week, Pretty Little Liars returned to form with an episode that asked one very important question: Who’s creepier, Paige or Nate?
"A Nutcracker in Paradise" tried to do way too much, but we're still excited for what's to come when Bunheads returns from hiatus.
The mystery stuff in "What Lies Beneath" was great: It feels as though we’re actually building to a resolution in the case of Maya’s murder.
"No One Takes Khaleesi's Dragons" was kind of about new character Bash and his painstakingly slow approach to coffee, but it was really more about relationships, particularly new ones.

"The Kahn Game" annoyed on every level, with each storyline inspiring confusion, annoyance, or some combination of the two.
"Blank Up, It's Time" gave both Fanny and Michelle their own stories, outside of teaching. And though they didn't really come together, the different parts mostly worked on their own.
