The Winter Olympics are BACK and more Russian than ever! Here is a brief inventory of all the madness that went down during the Opening Ceremony.
Everything's feeling VERY Season 1 lately, what with all the old school Damon villainy and diary voiceovers. But there were also some GOOD things about this episode too.
Continuing its undeniable hot streak, "Crescent City" brought us a major death, intimidating villains, two captured heroes, and several nude hunks! Very good television, basically.
"Silverfinger" was the no-going-back, full-throttle rocket ride into insanity we'd been waiting for. Just absolutely tremendous.
A break-up, a house party, a death, a return to the dark side, and one of the most bizarre battles in Mystic Falls history! Typical Thursday.
"The Seven Wonders" was seven flavors of wonderful! And sad! And disgusting! But overall, yes. Well done.
This week, a terrifying and powerful mini-boss paid a visit to Bourbon Street. Guys, Papa Tunde was AMAZING.
The power was out in Beacon Hills and there was only one thing to do. (Hint: It involved fluorescent body paint. AND DEMONS!!)
Tons of emotions! Familiar faces! Forest sex! A brilliant twist! Yep, TV's finest vampire saga celebrated 100 episodes with a return-to-form CLASSIC.
In "Go to Hell," bad things happened to bad people! Also to good people. Bad things happened in general to be honest! Also a voodoo devil asked for extra marshmallows in his hot cocoa. Just a very good penultimate episode.
This was by far the best episode of The Originals yet and may even be a hard one to top in the future.
This probably won't SHOCK you (relevant electricity pun) but "Galvanize" was a tremendously entertaining hour of television.
Wow, just in general. While "Protect the Coven" DID see a little bit of actual coven protection, it was really more about the coven falling apart! (sadface emoji)
America's new favorite vampire family returned to our screens with "The Casket Girls"! It wasn't the most forward-moving episode, but it did have tons of simple pleasures.
