Mischa Barton to star in new Ashton

TV Guide reports that A Beautiful Life will revolve around a group of models who live together in New York.
The OC actress plays experienced supermodel Sonja who is struggling to stay top of the fashion pack.
The show will be executively produced by former model Ashton for US network The CW.
"Ashton developed it about his life growing up as a model from Iowa, so it's about the whole fashion world that he was in," said Mischa, who herself has modelled for the likes of Calvin Klein.
"The show will be racy, drugs, drinking, things like that."
The news puts paid to the rumour that Mischa was to star in the new Melrose Place.
