The Sci Fi Channel's Battlestar Galactica may be coming to an end on television, but that doesn't mean the war against Cylons has to stop in your living room. And if you have ever had a hankering to prance around your house in the same slinky red dress worn by sexy Number Six (we're not judging you), by all means, get your checkbook ready.
NBC Universal and Sci Fi are giving Battlestar Galactica fans a chance to own part of the hit show with an auction of several of the program's props. Thousands of one-of-a-kind BSG bits will be up for sale to the highest bidder beginning January 16 at the Pasadena Convention Center in Southern California. However, those who can't make it all the way to SoCal can use space-age technology known as "the Internet" to bid remotely.
Some of the more interesting items that will be available include Bill Adama's desk, Number Six's red dress, a full-sized Viper ship, a Cylon Raider (the release doesn't say whether its full-sized or not or whether it's full of goo), Colonel Tigh's eye patch and liquor bottle (yes!), and Viper flight suits. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the United Way.
OK, Battlestar fans, what item would you want to have in your living room?

I'd like to get my hands on one of those handguns the BSG crew uses, I know it's a FN 5,7 with a few alterations but still. Oh! and one of those old fashion bulky phones that are used in the BSG CIC

Hmm... I wonder if Adama's lighter would be available. That's an important peice I wouldn't mind owning, but could never afford.
