I suppose I am part of a NEW BREED of TV viewer. I had no interest in watch BSG until I saw a free recap last season on iTunes. It piqued my interest, so I went back and watch season 1 and 2.0 on DVD. I WAS HOOKED, so I had to watch the rest of season 2 on iTunes. I don't have cable TV, nor do I have plans on getting cable. So I plan to watch BSG $1.99 at a time. Is this the future of TV programming? My only concern: will there be a delay between when the episode airs, and when it appears on iTunes? Kudos SciFi Channel.

I cannot wait until season 3. BSG is not only the best sci-fi show by far but its also the best show on tv period! I was hooked from day one. I'm counting down the days until season 3.

I am looking forward to Season 3. I was a fan of the original series, but this series is great and is appropriate for our time. If you have not been watching then be sure to watch the recap and start watching. If you have been watching then the recap will refresh your memory.

ktyler go ahead and jump in you can by the series on dvd or itunes and the recap should help out if you decide to save your pennys, especially if your good at deducting story points.
I just hope their marketing doesn't screw the show again. At times it seems like they have a slightly better understanding of the material, than Darko's marketers did for that film...the only thing that they got right was the characters names.

This is great news that they are promoting it so hard.
I resisted watching it first time around, due to changes I'd heard they'd made (Starbuck... A GIRL????) but when Series 2 started and everyone was going on about how this was proper gritty Sci-fi, I had to jump on the bandwagon - and am I glad I did!

Roll on Series 3!

I'm glad to see that they are giving it the marketing it deserves, I was a little upset when I heard they would change it's timeslot and delay the premiere of season 3, I thought it they were deliberately trying to kill the show, putting against the 'Survivors' or 'CSI'.

I really can not wait for the 2.5 set to come out. I told all my friends I would never watch the "new" Glactica, but that changed after I watched the mini-series, now I can't get enough.

I just wonder if the DVD of it will be released to the rest of us later. I seriously hate these store "exclusives" they are pushing down our throats. Especially with the whole Prision Break Season 1 Target/Best Buy fiasco.

Should I get into this show? I'm a pretty big sci-fi fan and keep missing this series! But, I'm not sure if I should start getting into it now since I've missed so much. This recap will help but was wondering what others thought.
