The office comedy may be cancelled in the States, but here in the UK it's only just beginning: the first season debuts on FX next month.
Double-bills of Better Off Ted are scheduled to air every Tuesday at 9pm from July 27 on FX.
The series, about an ethical scientist who works for a company that'll do anything for money, joins American acquisitions Dexter, Brotherhood and Nip/Tuck on FX's summer schedule.
Though the comedy, which notched up two series in America, has been cancelled due to dwindling ratings, critics and fans remained generally favourable throughout the show's short run.
An online petition, set up shortly after the show's termination, claims to have over 11,000 signatures protesting for Better Off Ted's return. Meanwhile, on TV.com, the 8.9 ranked show has been branded "off-the-hook hilarity" and "a must-watch".
Does its cancellation put you off watching?
