Mankind was not meant to mess with the ways of nature nature. Mary Shelley taught us this almost two centuries ago with her novel "Frankenstein." Way more recently, Kate Gosselin's fertility doctor taught us this the hard way. And Meg Ryan's new face is a constant reminder of why we should not tinker with La Madre Natural.
Yet we do not listen. We've cloned sheep, made glowing rats, and even gave Mother Nature the finger by creating the Liger.
So it is with utmost sincerity that I ask you to watch SyFy's continuing film series so that we as a species will learn to admire and respect nature rather than attempt to dominate it. SyFy's so-called "creature features" are public service announcements, warning of the dangers of making a man-mosquito hybrid in Mansquito, of stitching people together head-to-butt in The Human Centipede, of ancient terrors that always happen to emerge around small towns in Dinoshark.
But they all pale in comparison to the latest threat that swims beneath the surface of the ocean. Behold the power of the Sharktopus!

... for serious?Good gawd, it seems that the Shark and the Octopus from, well, Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus had a baby before offing each other in THAT Syfy movie. If that's true, then OH MY GOD EWWW GET THE BRAIN BLEACH
This is why I dropped cable.
Wow! This looks like absolute great fun! Is there gonna be a sequel like 'THE INVATION OF THE GIANT CANIBALISTIC CRABTURTLES'?
Come on! This is definetly a joke!
Where is Aquaman, Aqualad, Black Manta and Namor when you need them?
These crappy movies have been getting 4 million viewers or something, stop watching guys.
rofl. is this seriously gonna be a movie or is it just a joke?
all of you people are taking this WAAAAAAY too seriously. hahaha. It's a Roger Corman film. he makes B movies on purpose. Eric Roberts wouldn't be in this if it were serious. This personally looks like a fantastically stupid escape from the drudgery of summer TV. Sencond only to Wipeout. can't wait :)
This looks so bad. I'd rather watch the Sharkploitation cut of Jaws.
what a peace of SHHHHHHIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT......
am a big fiction fan but i dont like this. its too extreme
gotta be the dumbest thing i ever saw, and that's saying something
wow its sad that some ppl thinks this looks good
WTF ONION OF D YEAR
better then airbender
OMFG!!! R U guys kidding? That's freakin awesome!!!!
WTF...
This looks so utterly bad that I can't help but believe that SyFy is mocking itself. It appears to be a tribute to B movies. Was it just me or did anyone else see Bruce Campbell in this trailer? Maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me.
Is this a joke?...
I....am speechless....
I'm not sure what to say.
Damn, SyFy is seriously running low on good (and most of the time, original) ideas for their movies.
This is the funniest thing I've ever seen, I certainly will be watching. Roger Corman you've done it again. lol
I love syfy original movies, they are awesome
please, someone tell me this is a joke..............
Once upon a time SyFy had Battlestar Galactica.
wow it looks so stupid.
Oh.My.God ! The most craptastic movie after Birdemic. Eric Roberts is the s***, his being in stuff like this only proves it. Go Eric. Retirement is just around the corner. *sobs sadly for Eric Roberts' career*
Whehehe, eric roberts. The only actor who can go from the Expendables to Sharktopus. Classic stuff.
Dear God!!
Syfy continues to hit new lows...
There are no words.
hahahaha that looks awesome :P Just love this B-movie look!!
