Big Brother Winner Revealed, Ultimate Show Begins

Josie Gibson has been crowned the winner of the 11th and final season of Big Brother.

The bubbly blonde, best known in the house for her on-off relationship with John James, has won the last ever British Big Brother.

Josie was the clear winner last night, receiving 77.5 per cent of the public votes. Christian minister Dave Vaughn came in second place, whilst Mario and JJ came third and fourth respectively.

Upon leaving the house last night Josie admitted, in an interview with host Davina McCall, that 'every minute felt like an hour' without her lover John James, who was evicted a week ago.

When it was announced that she had won the competition, John James was seen looking tearful in the live audience outside the house.

They won’t be reunited just yet, however; Josie will have to stay in the house for a further two weeks where she’ll compete against housemates from previous series', including Chantelle Houghton and her ex-husband Samuel Preston, in Ultimate Big Brother.

The other returning residents are Nikki Graham, Brian Dowling, Nadia Almada, Ulrika Jonsson, Makosi Musambasi, Coolio, John McCririck and “Nasty” Nick Bateman.

Are you glad to see any of them back?

Mario and JJ shouldn't of been in the final. They've done nothing memorable and neither are all that likeable. Josie has been the clear winner for weeks now.

Josie definitely deserved to win, although I don't think Dave should have been runner up. Mario was so much funnier. The Ultimate BB housemates are less than impressive: they are trying to create tension and not humour. I would have loved to have seen Luke and Bex from BB9 again.
