Also, Paget Brewster might return to the show, too, if her new role on the NBC pilot My Life As An Experiment falls through. Yay! But, longtime showrunner Ed Bernero is leaving. Noooo! ... Charlie Sheen reportedly told fans at his live show in Boston the other night that there is an 85-percent chance that he will be back on Two and a Half Men. My grandpappy taught me to never trust anyone who lays with a woman for money, so let's see what Warner Bros. TV, who actually makes the show, has to say. "No chance in hell?" Well okay, then. ... American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez has been named "The World's Most Beautiful Woman" by People magazine, beating out People's less-beautiful winners Halle Berry, Jennifer Garner, and Beyonce. ... FX's mysterious drama American Horror Story has landed screen legend Jessica Lange to star opposite Friday Night Lights' Connie Britton. The details of the show, from Glee's Ryan Murphy, are still a secret, but Lange will play a nosy neighbor. [Deadline Hollywood]

... ABC Family has picked up Jane By Design to series and set its debut for early next year. The light drama follows a high-school teen who lands a cushy corporate job in the fashion world after a case of mistaken identity. It sounds kind of like that Arrested Development storyline with Maeby and the movie studio, except way, way, way longer. [ABC Family via press release]

Food Network and its sister network Cooking Channel (what a fortuitous partnership!) have announced that they will premiere 29 new series and bring back 22 other series in the 2011-2012 season, and if you think I'm naming all of them then you've just won a free one-way ticket to Crazy Town. ... Rumors that Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton returning to One Tree Hill have been addressed... and crushed. Apparently the producers and actors tried to work out some deals, but due to scheduling, none were reached. [TV Line]
