Lawyers for funnyman Bill Cosby filed a motion refuting accusations that the former TV dad had drugged and sexually assaulted a woman at his Philadelphia home in January of 2004. They say the only thing Cosby gave the woman was one- and- a- half tablets of Benadryl, an over-the-counter allergy medication.
The accuser, 31-year-old Andrea Constand, filed a civil suit against Cosby, alleging he sexually molested her after knocking her out with sleeping pills. Constand met Cosby while working in the athletic department of Temple University, Cosby's alma mater.
In an interview with the unimpeachable National Enquirer, Cosby said, "I am not going to give in to people who try to exploit me because of my celebrity status," he told the tabloid. "Sometimes you try to help people, and it backfires on you, and then they try to take advantage of you."
I'm sorry but I find this completely hilarious...I would have expected this type of thing from R Kelly NOT Bill Cosby. Maybe his wholesome image has blinded me to the possiblity of this even occuring...Could you imagine someone who says - "Pud-Ding" DOING that???
