Bo Derek, best known for her role in the feature film 10, has joined the drama series Secret Obsessions, which will air on News Corp.'s new broadcast outlet My Network TV.
The project, previously titled Secrets, goes behind the scenes to focus on the glamorous yet often brutally ruthless fashion industry, centering on a violent corporate takeover of the business' hottest company, Zianni Inc. Derek will portray cutthroat fashion mogul Maria Zianni, who runs the company.
Secret Obsessions, along with another drama, Desire, will be the first programs to air on My Network when it debuts September 5. Each drama features a 65-episode story arc of hour-long episodes airing over the span of 13 weeks.
Derek starred in NBC's short-lived 1998 drama Wind on Water. She also has appeared in such movies as A Change of Seasons, Hot Chocolate, and Tommy Boy.
She is still hot.
