Bones Is Doing a Character Crossover With Rosewood

Dr. Daisy Wick (Carla Gallo), the enterprising intern at the Jeffersonian on Fox's Bones, will make an appearance on Fox's other murder mystery-solving series, Rosewood, come Dec. 1.

Fox says that in the episode titled "Half-Life and Havana Nights," Dr. Wick shows up to help Rosewood (Morris Chestnut) and Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz) crack a tough case that leads them to Cuba. When they're stumped, TMI (Anne Konkle) recruits her old roommate, Dr. Wick (Gallow) to help untangle all the evidence.

Seven new shows the Golden Globes will go gaga over

Apparently this is the first of many more surprises to come from Bones. As the show begins its last season in January, Fox promises that the final 12 episodes will include even more unexpected turns -- including the return of fan favorites.

Fox has already featured one full-fledged crossover this season when New Girl traveled to New York and got mixed up with Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Bones also previously boarded the crossover trend when it joined forces with Sleepy Hollow last year.

Rosewood's "Half-Life and Havana Nights" airs Thursday, Dec. 1 at 8/7c on Fox; Bones' final season begins Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 9/8c on Fox.

So that puts Bones, Sleepy Hollow, and Rosewood all in the same universe; interesting. Will that mean a Rosy/Sleepy crossover?

Oh man, that Sleepy Hollow/Bones crossover was so cringe-worthy. I still cannot fathom how anyone involved with either show thought that was a good idea.

Bones jumped the shark a long time ago. Sleepy was trying to go back on an uptick. At some point some exec in a glass corner office said, "Let's mash them, it will be great for ratings!" followed by, "You've got 2 weeks to write a script."

Unless they're doing a crossover with Lucifer or Pitch, I don't care. RIP Bones--PLEASE...

I'd actually be worried if there was mention of a Bones/Lucifer or Pitch crossover in the works somehow. I like both of the latter, and I'd be worried Bones would somehow taint them shows with its awfulness.

Bones is not necessarily awful, it's just done. Glad somebody else likes Pitch. It's at least something different to watch, as is Lucifer.
