Susan Boyle sings in the semi-finals
Debate concerning the show's contestants has snowballed over the last few weeks with celebrities including singer Lilly Allen and actress Demi Moore even getting involved via their Twitter accounts.
Susan Boyle remains at the centre of most show discussions after her first on-screen audition for Britain's Got Talent gained over 23 million views on YouTube. The show itself has also drawn impressive ratings with Thursday night's semi-finals alone averaging at 12.3m viewers (a 51% share).
Having since made it to the finals Boyle will be joined by acts including dance groups Flawless and Diversity, saxophonist Julian Smith and fellow signers Shaheen Jafargholi and Shaun Smith this Sunday.
Acts that didn't make it this far include a break-dancing OAP, a burlesque dancer and a number of dog-training acts. Take a look at their pictures here.

The winner of this year's show, who will go on to perform in front of the Queen at this year's Royal Variety Performance, will be chosen by the voting public alone with Britain's Got Talent's judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan taking a back seat in the proceedings.
