From Buzzsugar.com:
After I saw the hilarious and joyful pilot for Fox's upcoming musical series Glee back at January's TCA press tour, I decided it just might be my favorite new series of this whole season. And now, it turns out there's something that could make me love it even more: Kristin Chenoweth and Victor Garber are both joining the series in recurring roles.
Chenoweth's role is apparently so super-secret, Entertainment Weekly wouldn't give out any details, but the report is a little less tight-lipped about Garber's part: He'll play the father of Matthew Morrison's character, Will, the teacher who takes over a ragtag high school glee club and tries to turn it into a championship-winning singing and dancing machine.
They're just the latest two Broadway stars in a cast that's already overflowing with singing talent, including Morrison and Spring Awakening's Lea Michele. Read more...

I'm a long-time Broadway ADDICT, but am I the only one who thinks this premise is a little...tired?
I was so sad when Pushing Daisies got cancelled, not just because it was a fun, campy, original show.. but because I was losing Kristin Chenoweth each week. I absolutely adore this woman, great comic time, amazing voice, and just all around ADORABLE! So I guess it comes as no shock that this is awesomeabuliciousful news to know that Chenoweth is going to be back in my living room again. And this time on a musical series, so we will no doubt be graced with her voice on numerous occassions!! WOOHOO!!!!
Chenoweth and Garber are reason alone to at least check out the pilot. Sounds like a fun show.
I don't know I will like this show, but I like her, so I will like to see Eli in Glee.
Sounds fun.
I thought Chenoweth had already gotten a new role? But whatever, very cool... I've loved Garber since Alias and am excited for this (and for him to be the voice of Sinestro in DC's Green Lantern Animated Movie coming out in July)... I've loved Chenoweth since she was in Wicked... Amazing.
Wasn't she supposed to be be in some sort of Lawyer drama. I think it had something to do with a sociopathic lawyer and her father.
Best news all day man! I love Chenoweth, I love Garber and from the sounds of things I'm gonna love this show! And what with Kristin also in the new David E. Kelley series this fall, it's gonna be amazing! Still doesn't make up for the loss of Pushing Daisies, but I'm sure Glee can fill that void. :D
