Cho Said yes to CW comedy pilot

Smith Cho has been added to the cast of CW's comedy pilot She Said/He Said.

The romantic comedy, told from both men's and women's perspectives, stars Nick Lachey and Lindsay Sloane. Cho, who played Glitter in the ABC series Emily's Reasons Why Not, will play Sloane's character's best friend.

In other pilot news:

Danielle Savre has joined CBS's comedy You've Reached the Elliotts, which stars Chris Elliott as himself, a man trying to navigate the roles of celebrity and parent. Savre (WB Network's Summerland) will play his daughter.

Deren Leroy has been upped to a regular on ABC's comedy Him and Us, which centers on a fictional British rock star (Anthony Stewart Head) and his entourage. Leroy will play one of the rock star's bodyguards.

Edward Kerr has joined ABC's Girls on the Bus. The comedy follows the life of a young news correspondent (Kiele Sanchez) on a fictional presidential campaign trail. Kerr will play a ruggedly handsome network reporter on the press bus.

ABC is not going forward with the comedy pilot Mr. Nice Guy for this development cycle. The decision was made after the project's table reading last week. The Touchstone TV show is expected to be redeveloped.
