Law and Order: SVU

Our favorite D-lister Kathy Griffin makes her dramatic debut as Babs, the leader of a lesbian rights organization who's trying to find her partner's killer. Plus, Mischa Barton guest-stars as a prostitute!

9:30 p.m., ABC

Cougar Town

Laurie (Busy Phillipps) becomes a homeowner—but not before she gets her mother (guest-star Beverly D'Angelo) to cosign a loan.

10 p.m., ABC

The Oprah Winfrey Oscar Special

Oprah hosts this special program, in which past Academy Award winners and some of this year's nominees interview each other. Pairings include Halle Berry and Penelope Cruz, and Glenn Close and Michael Douglas.

Series finale, 10 p.m., FX

Nip/Tuck

In the series finale, Sean (Dylan Walsh) and Christian (Julian McMahon) remove a scar from an older Japanese man and Christian makes a deal with Ava (Famke Janssen). We're assuming the Troy/McNamara team will also tie up a few loose ends—so to speak.

11:35 p.m., CBS

The Late Show with David Letterman

Dave welcomes Jerry Seinfeld. We love him! We don't really love his new show, though. Oh, well.
