CW sticks with McGuire as communications boss

The CW annouced yesterday it named Paul McGuire senior vice president of communications. The announcement came from Dawn Ostroff, former head of UPN and soon-to-be CW's president of entertainment. The CW network is the combination of the TV networks The WB and UPN.

McGuire was senior vice president, network communications, for The WB Television Network. In his new job, he'll work with Ostroff and John Maatta, The CW's chief operating officer, to orchestrate the launch of the new network.

The new network debuts with the fall season in September.

Everwood better be on the line-up, its last episodes was one of the best. No one should cut it.

The number all depends on the market, so that question makes no sense since networks don't have a number as a whole
