Drake Bell and Josh Peck, stars of the hit Nickelodeon series Drake & Josh, are graduating to the big screen.
The duo will star in an as-yet untitled feature about a wealthy but extremely sheltered young man (Peck) who is thrust into the real world and quickly finds himself in over his head. To make up for lost time, he receives a crash course in life experience from a jovial slacker (Bell).
No director is attached. Paramount Pictures will distribute the Nickelodeon Movies project domestically.
Bell and Peck are huge among the tyke set. Their series broke records when it debuted in January 2004 and is rated the No. 1 live-action series among kids 2 to 11. This year, their TV movie Drake and Josh Go Hollywood was the highest-rated TV movie in Nick history. The show also won a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award Saturday for favorite television series. The two first teamed up when they worked on The Amanda Show.
Feature-wise, Bell recently appeared in Yours, Mine, & Ours with Dennis Quaid and Rene Russo. Peck is lending his voice to the hit Ice Age: The Meltdown.

this is so cool.
maybe they should put all of the teen stars into an island and give them no food and see who gets eaten first... you know like survivor + canibalism survorism or something at least we could get riid of britney, olsens, all the crap... pleas do so... dont make me do it myself
I dislike these two with a passion.
Eh, it could be worse. It'd just be nice to see them opposite other actors. I would hate to see them stuck at the hip forever.
Maybe it seems like a good movie but what do I know
