Four original series in works at Logo

Logo, MTV's new gay- and lesbian-themed channel, said Monday that it has four original scripted series in development, including two animated projects, one live-action comedy, and a drama.

The animated series are, Rick and Steve a gay domestic comedy, and Slink, centering on five lesbian cats who inherit a mansion in Malibu.

The Rules: A Lesbian Survival Guide is a live-action comedy about a single woman looking for love, based on the short film by Michelle Paradise and Lee Friedlander. Heartland is a drama about a Columbia University student who makes a quick visit to his Iowa hometown but decides to stay after discovering that his family is in crisis.
