Frankie Muniz, who plays the title role on Malcolm and the Middle, as well as Cody Banks in the Agent Cody Banks films, is engaged to be married to his fiancée, Jamie. The two met on the New Orleans set of the horror film Stay Alive, which is is set for a 2006 opening.
The actor's publicist declined to give out Jamie's age or last name, according to E! Online, and would only say that Jamie is a New Orleans native and is not an actress.
Muniz follows a string of Hollywood lovebirds who either announced engaments or got married. In recent weeks,Tom Cruise proposed to Katie Holmes under the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Ben Affleck married Jennifer Garner in the Caymans, and Sandra Bullock wed Jesse James in California.
Ah, l'amoure. Some of these couples may last until the opening weekend of Stay Alive.
