A thermos full of maple syrup to celebrate!
FX's Archer is out of the... daaaaaaanger zone. The network today announced its order for a fourth season of the animated spy comedy that celebrates all sorts of naughtiness. Season 4 will consist of 13 episodes.
The renewal was accompanied by a two-year production deal with Archer creators Adam Reed and Matt Thompson, as well as their animation studio Floyd County Productions. This means that Reed and Thompson will continue to work with FX over the next couple of years on more Archer and/or any other projects they develop. FX hooked itself a great one. More Adam Reed, who also created the hilarious Sealab 2021, is always a good thing.
Still no word on the fate of new animated show Unsupervised, which isn't looking good for renewal.
Archer airs Thursdays nights at 10pm on FX.
