Police say the accident involving Prison Break actor Lane Garrison is still under investigation, and it could take weeks to find out exactly what happened. They would not say if Garrison had a high blood alcohol level the night of the crash, although they listed several pieces of seemingly damning evidence.
"Mr. Garrison displayed symptoms of alcohol intoxication and the investigation into Mr. Garrison's impairment is ongoing," Beverly Hills police Lt. Mitch McCann told reporters. "In addition to noting Mr. Garrison's symptoms, investigators also removed alcohol containers from the SUV, which was registered to Mr. Garrison."
Garrison was driving his SUV last Saturday when it crashed into a tree, killing 17-year-old Beverly Hills High student Vahagn Setian. Two 15-year old girls in the SUV were also injured, one seriously. Police want to know why the 26-year-old actor was with the minors.
"That certainly is odd. We're interested in that and we're looking into that," McCann said.
So far, the actor has not been charged with anything. Garrison's lawyer says the actor doesn't remember anything the accident and claims to only have had one drink that night.
Garrison played David "Tweener" Apolskis on the Fox show Prison Break. His character was killed off this season.

what was he doing with those kids. Well according to the two girls, Lane and several witness they invited him to a party, begged him to come (cause they would be the sh--s for being a tv star with them) and he said sure. As for the whole blood alco level thing, part of the reason why they haven't commented on it is that there are different eye witness accounts telling that he drank different amounts and the hospital reports about his condition when he woke up which suggested the possbility that his drink may have been drugged without his knowledge. Until that has been determined (and because of the death involved they will use at least two independent labs to verify) they are not commenting

Lane Garrison is currently filming in "Shooter" which is expected to be realeased on 2007. Did he filmed all his scenes ?
I meet Lane Garrison at a weekend event in Manchester UK and spent quite a long time talking and having photos taken with him and he seems a great guy I don’t believe that he deserves such abuse. I know that he has been involved in a serious accident where someone has died but I believe that all the facts need to be viewed before you can pass comment and the police need to do there job. And for the comments that cybernaut_ev have made ive read comments from these types of people and they love the actors till they do something wrong and then they jump on them spreading rumours and hatred about them, I really hate people like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"So far, the actor has not been charged with anything." -- Why isn't he in jail? Without bond? He was the driver of a vehicle that slammed into a tree which killed a minor. Doesn't that count for anything in Hollywood anymore?
On top of that, look at his arrogant profile. "Lane Garrison has said that he should really be in prison, because when he was a teen he stole everything he could get his hands on..."
He made it big in Hollywood, but I guess that has nothing to do with Jessica Simpson's father taking him in.
