Here Are Your 2013 TV Golden Globes Winners (and Red Carpet Photos)

The Golden Globes are one of Hollywood's weirdest awards shows—the audience gets to drink, statues are awarded to both TV and movies, and the categories and nominees often make so little sense that it's worth tuning in no matter who wins, just for the (awkward) spectacle of it all. But just in case you'd rather watch something else this fine evening, we'll be recording all the winners right here. Stay tuned for Price's photo recap of the actual ceremony tomorrow!

I've never watched a single minute of any show that won an award above and couldn't be happier about that.

Out of all the winners, the one I'm most happy for is Girls. In a perfect world, it would've been Community, but Girls was the only comedy nominated that I was honestly rooting for.

Why is Game of Thrones not on it? Have any of the judges seen season 2 which is so much better that the first? And yeah, Jim Parsons for best comedy actor :-( Sheldon Cooper is the best and Steve Buscemi for Boardwalk Empire. It's hard to think Peter Dinklage is not even nominated. Well just flipped channel after sometime, it's like watching a bad prank show.

And where the hell is Community, it isn't even nominated for best comedy?! Stupid...

Homeland? Ridiculous, season 2 was mostly bad, Breaking Bad was way better... Game of Thrones not getting nominated is also ridiculous (I haven't seen the other nominated shows so I don't know about them) and Damain Lewis winning the award for best actor I can understand but Claire Danes as best actress?! I really do not know why she gets so much recognition, I personally do not find her a great actor at all. Golden Globes is getting more ridiculous year after year... I'm going to follow more public and real critics opinions wether a show is good or not and not take these award shows too seriously from now on.

Good for Lewis. This season of Homeland was much better than this season of Breaking Bad.

Yeah right, Homeland. So lame.
The real big winner: Golden Globes awards at bs category.

Breaking Bad robbed again. I guess I'll just need to come to terms with the fact that these award shows will never recognize it.

I don't get really upset about many things when it comes to award shows, but I'm still mad that Jennifer Carpenter didn't even get a nomination for her work this season on Dexter. Her acting skills every episode (this season) ran circles around almost every actress on television right now. And that's every episode, I'm not even talking about the scenes that she was phenomenal in and actually deserved to win a Golden Globe for, let alone get nominated-like when she broke down and told Dexter she loved him, the scene in final episode with LaGuerta and Dexter, etc. If she's not at least nominated for an emmy I think my head's going to explode and then I'll be done with award shows for good.

I agree, Jennifer is being grossly ignored when she is just getting better and better every season. Esp. during the season finale of Dexter, she was awesome

Girls and Homeland?! Come on, people...

The only reason Game Change won cause it was about Sarah Palin and John McCain. Mandy Patinkin was shafted.

Whaaat. You gotta be kidding me. Girls somhow beat both Big Bang and Modern Family? How? It's crap.

Maybe because BBT is one of the worst comedies ever :) I did write a bit more detailing the positives and negatives of each of those 3 comedies but lost it and can't be bothered to write it out again.

Short version is that out of the 3 girls is by far the better keenly observed, realistic and 3 dimensional comedy. Modern fam used to be much better but is still way ahead of BBT

Are you serious???Lena Dunham won a golden globe??It's hilarious enough that comedy and musical are 1 category but to give the award to her for Girls is too much!

They must award them to the highest bidder!

How so? They're better than most. At least they're not giving out their awards to people who should even be nominated, like the Emmys did with Jon Cryer

I think the real winner tonight is Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Why won't anyone give Amy an award.. :(

I don't know if I'm the minority, but I appreciate Dane's performance, but it's always been significantly one-note. However, her one-note is better than many other main actress roles, so it's a non-issue. Moving forward, Cranston constantly displays a range of emotions and subliminal insight that's been bereft from Homeland since its first season. And yet, Homeland's season 2 wins? It was more reminiscent of 24 than it should have been. I'm trying to be careful not to throw the US propaganda challenge flag on the ground, but the context and writing simply don't support the victory.

typical politcal award show bs lets just give awards to all the political and terrorist movies and tv shows. I knew Homeland would win every single catagory they were nominated not that they deserved it. I think Busemi or Cranston should have won for best actor and Boardwalk or Breaking Bad should have received the award for best drama. I don't see the hype in the Palin movie either not suprised it won though. Bright note was glad to see Argo win and Daniel Day Lewis. I don't like musicals so I could really care less about Les Mis. I really enjoyed Tina Fey and Amy Polher as hosts they did a great job

I want to know how in the world Benedict Cumberbatch lost to Kevin Kostner?

But at least New Girl and the actors in it didn't win anything. So there is still hope for the world.

I wish Zooey would of won.

For the same reason Eminem didn't win anything for 8 mile. Actors shouldn't win awards for basically playing themselves on screen.

He may not of won anything for acting in that movie, but he did win the Oscar for Best Music.

Ha. nice. I thought it was a horribly nominated category. For me, comedy wise, the one woman that surprised the hell out of me as to how funny she can be and whom literally came out of no where with it, would be Elisha Cuthbert. She is simply hilarious in her character on Happy Endings. When it first started, I though she was going to be the "straight man" to everyones hilarity. But she holds her own and succeeds in being just a funny character.

But that is just me. I would have taken anybody but Zooey

Well, my prediction that Girls would win Best Comedy/Musical was right. I now hate myself.

It was too predictable given the HFPA's mentality.

Oh, well. At least Damian Lewis won his category. :D

For me the Heroes of tonight were Jessica Chastain (I hope she gets the Oscar as well), Girls/Lena Dunham and Argo - one of the best movies I've seen last year. IMO Ben Affleck really earned the best director award.

I'm also happy that Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman from Les Miserables were awarded. I hope they will claim the Oscars too.

It's a shame Michelle Dockery and Hayden Panettiere didn't win in their categories. Maggie Smith really doesn't care about Golden Globes...

As for best song I would prefer "Safe and Sound" or "Suddenly".

The Globes pretty much lost all credibility with me years back, when Walk the Line got nominated in the Musical/Comedy movie categories. It's a dramatic biopic about a musician. Of course there's music in it. That doesn't make it a musical.
