Hostel star Jay Hernandez has been cast in ABC's drama pilot Six Degrees, an ensemble soap about the intertwined stories of a group of strangers in New York from different walks of life.
In other pilot castings, Ali Larter (Legally Blonde) and Hayden Panettiere (Remember the Titans) have the NBC drama Heroes, which revolves around a group of seemingly everyday people who discover that they have superpowers.
John Billingsley and Owain Yeoman have come on board ABC's untitled drama chronicling the lives of nine strangers, after they were held hostage in a botched bank robbery.
Matt Bomer, Logan Marshall-Green and Aaron Stanford have landed the three leads in the ABC drama Traveler. The project centers on Jay (Bomer) and Taylor (Green), recent Yale grads who go on a road trip with their roommate and good friend Will Traveler (Stanford). At Will's insistence, the two perform a harmless prank that leads to their being framed as terrorists. The two go on the lam determined to unravel the mystery, with Will as their prime suspect.
John L. Adams (USA's The Dead Zone) has joined Angie Harmon in ABC's drama Secrets of a Small Town, which centers on a popular TV reporter (Harmon) who returns to her hometown to cover the murder of a high school cheerleader. Adams will play the reporter's cameraman.
