Hugh Bonneville goes Legally Mad for NBC

Legally Mad, a new NBC project centered on the adventures of Brady Hamm (Charity Wakefield), a young woman who takes a job at her dad's law firm, has come one step closer to having a full cast. 2001 British Academy Film Awards nominee Hugh Bonneville has agreed to take the part of Brady's father, Gordon.

Welcome to the firm, Hugh.

"Gordon Hamm is based on the true story of a real-life attorney who lives in my head," said series creatorDavid E. Kelley (Boston Legal, The Practice, Ally McBeal). "Sharp litigator, a lot of fun and, deep down, a mess."

Other Legally Mad cast members will include Pushing Daisies' Kristin Chenoweth and Ghost Whisperer's John Seda. Bonneville starred in the HBO/BBC miniseries Five Days and Tsunami, The Aftermath. He will also appear in upcoming features Hippie Hippie Shake and French Film.
