Invasion star Kari Matchett will join Treat Williams in the TNT drama pilot Heartland.
Williams (the WB's Everwood) plays Nathaniel Grant, an intense, sleep-deprived heart-transplant surgeon whose devotion to his work takes a toll on his relationships. Matchett plays his estranged wife, who works at the same hospital as the organ-recovery coordinator.
Matchett played Mariel Underlay on ABC's critically praised sci-fi drama Invasion and also starred in the Sci-Fi Channel TV movie Five Days to Midnight.
I loved her on the show invasion and the movie, cube 2. She´s a good actress and she´s kinda hot also!Let´s hope this new show last´s more than Invasion.
